Bike -zxr 400L for training on the track

I replaced the springs in the factory fork with YSS 8.5, the oil level was set by a specialist at 130mm, 5W Motul factory line synthetic. The front feel when braking in the folded position is tragic, with stronger braking it fast reaches the end of the stroke. What would you improve? I don't mean inserts here, just a budget option.
