How to post youtube vids on the forum

There are a couple of ways to post a youtube video on this forum.
1. you can post the URL ie: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rIULBk1vcFg
2. you can use the youtube BB code button tag [youtube][/youtube] by placing the video id between the tags ie everything after the = in the URL so for the above example you would post rIULBk1vcFg between the youtube tags
