WE ARE NOW BACK UP AND RUNNING.

Post by masterofinsanity »

sorry guys but the time had to come when i have to close the whole site and forum down, due to ever increasing bandwith and popularity i have no option than to upgrade to a much newer faster server with all the lastest software releases. The Hosts will close this server down and i have to backup everything tonight and reinstall to the new server.I'm hoping it will be down for a maximum of 24 hours.last time i redid the database i had to reinstall all the posts manually which took me days, i'm hoping this doesn't happen.

see you soon and apologies for the inconvenience!

Maybe i'm miss-informed, but when I backed up all my files to an external hardrive, it helped me restore some toad..

well what a bloody nightmare!!!!

problem after problem, i've been sat on this every hour possible, i am hoping all is working now.

apologies for the downtime, i think we may have lost a days posting due to the hosts not phoning me b4 they closed the old server so apologies for that and for anyone joining that may need to join again.

please pm me immediately if you find any problems.

if anything goes wrong now i'll have to renew the lot.

fingers crossed!!!
