This is when I was experimenting with needle settings and various size jets and fuel/air mixture.
Not enough air and way too rich.

How is it spitting out so much flames? Have you set it up especially to do that?

It because it's straight through pipes and the exhaust is hot so when the limiter kicks in and cuts the ignition preventing the spark plug from igniting the charge, it get chucked into the exhaust which is hot enough to ignite it and bang!
