Some Miserable Monkey Keeps Reporting Me For Speeding!!!

Early yesterday morning, The Police payed me a visit.
Not the band - the "Ommm! You're in Trouble" type.
He confirmed my name, and that I was the owner of my trusty steed, and then informed me that they had recieved several reports of me speeding!
Imagine my surprise?!
No - it looked more like this:
Of course, as it turned out, all of these were from the same person.
Apparently, they've said I was going "in excess of 60mph in a 40 zone" and "overtaking them".
No toad! I ride a -ing bike! The chances are I'm not going to sit in morning traffic behind some moody C-word in a car!
As you may suspect, this had not been confirmed with a speed gun, nor had any other evidence backing it up.
So it's either some Tithead with a grudge against me, or some miserable twatbag who's pissed off that I'm making better progress than he is!
The Policeman was great, and knew this was just petty bullshit not really worth any time.
I also pointed out that for the last few weeks it's been freezing cold or wet every morning, so the chances are I haven't exactly been racing around on freezing cold tyres!
So what now?
Is this toad going to be grounds for Police to pull me any time they see me?
Is there any way of finding out who the miserable twat reporting me is?
Should I just be paranoid every time I overtake a car, possibly giving each one a Meet The Parents style "I'm watching you" gesture in the hope they give themselves up or stop being a retard?
Anyone else ever been reported like this?
