I thought this white shite falling from the sky was in fact some kind of post-pyroclastic ash, raining down from the imaginary explosion of the local imaginary volcano.

Does it hack anyone else off when it snows nationwide, and people still feel the need to celebrate it by putting 'It's snowing, yaaaay!' in their MSN name/Facebook status?

Hm. Maybe it's just me.

Everyone i know is loving the fact that its snowing due to the fact that they all drive cars s it doesn't interupt their travelling.

HOWEVER 2 wheels + snow = ouch + a big repair bill.

So i am stuck with having to get lifts of people with cars until this horrible snow has gone!

I may just attach a large heat gun on a pole to the front of my bike to melt it all as i ride

stick to main roads what have been grited you'll be fine!

stick a set of knobblies on it heheeeeeeee

Ive got part way between nobblies n road tyres, i do abit of greenlaning so i need knobblies but i use it on the road everyday n knobblies are rubbish on wet roads so i went for inbetween the too

It just took me two and a bit hours to travel 22 miles in the Subaru.

So many stuck 5 series BMWs, it was horrendous out there.

C'mon we dont get much of it time to celebrate, we should make it a national holiday when it snows in the uk.

I would of thought u of everyone wud have despised the snow master :p

Atleast i can use my bike today as the snow has completely gone

no way i love it. as long as i can have the car to get to work lol

Well being 17 and not having endless pockets of money i can't have a car aswell

So when it snows i have no form of transport as buses round here are asmuch use as a back pocket in a string vest.

cycled in to work today and i'm f*cked!!!

drove in and took me 2.5 hours. The car park is empty as most ppl didnt make it in.

Am taking a half day though and going home

Well once again i didnt go into college today as i cudnt ride in and my mate wasn't goin in either so cudnt jump in his car, buses in general round here take the p**s let alone when theres snow n ice.

I think it's good practice for riding. The Dunlop's ain't much cop though.
