Pic's tomorrow !
The PSK system has been working an absolute treat
At the same time as buying I got a 90 x 500mm Full Titanium can that needed re-packed and new rivets - tackled that on Saturday and got it hooked on.
Now rockets past the redline with out any sign of power dropping off From 8K it goes into ballistic mode with another jolt at 13K
So today I thought I would fit the BEET mid section back in and see how it went with this extremely long can - worse than ever !! 3rd gear would get upto redline giving an indicated 115mph but 4th didn't want to know much past 12K and took an age to get to 14K , 5th & 6th wouldn't go above 10K even downhill
Rather than mess about with jetting I will just hook the PSK mid section back in, need to see about getting it painted up 1st though
On Saturday I did have it sitting at an indicated 130 absolutely no problems with plenty to go so I don't see the point messing with jets and pulling the carbs time and again when a link pipe is a 5min job. Also got caught with another quake so a steering damper got fitted today ! Never thought the bike needed one but a marked difference having one on
What I have noticed is the BEETs reversion plate runs Horizontal inside the collector but the PSKs runs Vertical and is longer. The KRT system also uses one and I am going to find the pics I took to see which way it goes , it does also have additional reversion plates within each of the 2-1 chambers.
Plastics are going back on tomorrow with an addition to so keep your eyes peeled for some up coming photos.
MM!
PS. Never drive through roads silted up - the freakin stuff is everywhere, was under the tank today and the top of the heatshield had a nice layer of dried silt on it and I still haven't managed to shift it off the inside of the swinger, looking like a rear wheel out job

Re: latest additions
I like the sound of this long can, looks nice too. Just so i know how much i have to save up, how much would a full Ti system with this can cost? I need to know how many banks i need to rob! Glad you're up to your usual tricks again! Actually, can i be checky and ask you pm me a hi res copy of the long can pick, so i can have some fresh wallpaper on my pc? My monitors 1920x1200 if you can manage that!
I do 700 miles a week in all weathers including snow, that's roughly 35,000 miles a year, and some weekend warrior biker has the nerve to get out of his Audi at work to tell me to I was riding far too fast in the wet (over taking at 50... fast eh?).

Oi MM, is that sort of porn allowed on here? I'll just take that pic off to a quiet room.........
Agree with you about the steering damper. Loads of people told me the bike didn't need one, or that I must have an underlying problem to sort, but - although I would agree it doesn't need one - it does improve an already good handling bike. Well worth the money.

Well, put a few wee decals on today - I have always liked sports bike decaled up so I am not scared to apply Apart from that they save a bit of paintwork being dinged by debris. On close examination so many chips, scrapes and scars now
