Thanks for link ! I had a look on their web site. Iv bin thinking about going with a stubby gp big bore like this but i can't help but think it mite be a real pain to set the fueling up

cut your existing can down.

iv seen people do it before but i dont know if i trust myself to make a good job of it.

Ok, iv got the bike off the road to get the powder coating done at last ! frame, swing arm, sub frame and wheels. im still not realy sure what colour i want it, best hury cos iv got untill tomorow when i should be going off to get done. :)

Ok then, I’ve managed to get a bit more done so I’m guna put a couple of pictures up. Also Got the engine cleaned up and painted and found myself a proper fighter exhaust. It should be loud.

Feels like ages since I’ve put anything up on here but I’ve got plenty done with the bike.

Frame is now all powder coated black
Frame is assembled with sub frame and under tray.
Got the yokes on with the Renthals and risers bolted in too.
And fitted a zx636 shock, hopefully it will work well, I love how it looks.

I’m guna try and get some pics up later on tonight. :)

Hi dude, looking forward to seeing the completed bike. Just a quick question. What yokes did you use so that you can fit riser bars? or did you just drill your original? Cheers

Thanks, and yea I just drilled the OEM yoke, It seems to work ok so far too. I will try and get some pics up but all mine are too big

the engine looks sparkling! post some more piccies, and read the help section for posting pics if you are struggling with size!

What did you do with your front hoses that channel the air into the air box? I'm worried if I take them out when I street fighter mine it won't run right.
Do you reckon you can upload a few more pictures. That engine looks awesome now.

Thanks man ! and Also I have never used them hoses before, they where already off the bike when I got it, and the fueling always seemed fine.

Thanks, It took a bloody long time to clean, And il have a look at the help section cheers.
