Rear wheel went on to check that all the spacers are in the right place and got my forks back from Brook Suspension so they went on too

Looks sweet mate. Did the 636 shock fit straight on?

Looking good fella not much left for you to do? what make is the rear disc?

Sadly not, it would not go straight on I had to drill the bottom hole out to about 12mm I think it was. I also had to remove a section from the middle of the under tray so that I could move the battery box back a couple of inches to make room for the adjuster on the back of the shock. Then I also had to remove the metal section that passes under the battery box.

Iv just lookeed at it and it says "KAGIZUME" on it. its not an expensive one but im guna give it a go

Got both wheels on and undertray all sorted, also got the motor in

Looking really good mate! How much was the akropovic and where from? And did you have to re jet it? Thanks

cheers, its an oval pipe but its bin cut down. iv put bigger jets in and changed the needles but i need to sort the electrics out before i can check the fueling im hoping to get the motor going by the end of this week :D

Ah I see shouldn't be too bad! Good luck with it keep the pics coming will be good to see when it's finished

awesome build! I bought an attempted streetfightered h2 off a guy that really had no idea what he was doing! so iv decided to strip it and start it from scratch, having a look at yours is giving me inspiration and motivation for my project! good luck with the rest of the build and ill be keeping an eye on this :smt001

what i am doing with my fzr is - make a plan and stick to it! that way you only do things once, wont mess them up down the line, dont buy useless crap for it, have a defined finish point for the project.
