How much fab work did you have to do for the upper and lower? I was thinking of trying out the race bodywork as I have to get it from outside the US anyway. I've done a lot of fiberglass work so I don't mind having to make some mods to it. I'd really love to find some Kalex Moto2 bodywork to fit on it.

The main mods were to the front sub frame which came with the Tyga kit, had to make a bracket to attach to the head stock.

The lowers were just a case cutting away the excess areas around the gear shift and brake lever and I made the lower 50mm wider.
if I got rid of the oil cooler I reckon it would need no modification.

I think the Rgv 250 kit would be easier to fit as it got a similar front subframe stay as the zxr400 the rs has no chassis frame rail stay.
