i know about the the new regs since my son took his test and he also was a lucky one who only has a 2 year restriction well only a year and a bit left now.
but it is a bit money grabbing the new schemes. considbering you can no longer ride a scooter or 50cc by only having a drivers license. that was a while ago mind.
