Rebuilt my throttle housing with the return cable, at banner's suggestion, as the casing had cracked and cause of the GSXR master cylinder, the throttle wont return properly, so having to hang it off the edge slightly. Looks like I have an excuse to buy a Venhill or something biggrin

I cut out a rough template, of the headlight, out of cardboard and I think I might be able to fit the stock headlight in.... if not, gonna hunt for some dual lights!

Koso copies from hong gong. The bolts it came with were too short though. Can see more in them than the stock, as they dont vibrate so much! Getting the calipers stripped and painted this week hopefully, finally get the shock in (put it off for toooo long), mount the new discs courstesy of alanh, as mine are warped into the shape of saucepans, and hopefully mount that light in the new nose cone. If not, ill wait, get a spare light and nose cone and send It to a local bodywork fella.

Anywho, this is off to my friend to be properly prepped and painted, so should be here end of the week, with any luck, but won't be fitted straight away as I changed my mind about the lights I want to use and have sent the old-new ones off and ordered some new-new ones :P
Changed my mind again and gonna see if I can get the stock lights in...
