First test ride today so just a short 15kms to see how things are.

CR box is super slick , well happy with that :smt004

Race CDI gives it another kick at 12K

Hammering it through the gears I saw 160kmh at 16k in 2nd and 190kmh at 15k in 3rd so no speed restriction there then :smt005

Although tyres aren't even scrubbed in they feel like they are lifting the tarmac off the road - stroll on the warmer weather :smt003

Oh, just before heading out fitted it up with new choke & throttle cables and have gone 50mm inside trumpets with 30mm outside.

Gearing is 17/45

Absolutely lovely, would love to have one, or just take for a ride, 190kmh ~ 120mph, in third?! Mine does about 100, but yours is revving to 16000, is that just for the sp?

I have a race CDI fitted so redline is 15,300 just when I am hooning I forget to look at the clocks smiler

So after a good jaunt , the clocks stop at 190 so no idea what it will indicate but it's happy to rev out in top gear :smt004

On with the mph clocks after it's MOT

Never had a normal L so no idea , the whole feel of the bike is different from the J - is it better , can't say :smt017 Maybe when spring is in proper and I get hooning it around the mountain I'll get a more definitive answer :smt002

The J on a rolling road came up 161mph and took the needle well off the 160mph UK clocks I have :smt001

So today it flew through it's MOT and that's it got it's legals for the next 2yrs :excited

Some slight fettling to be done through the coming year :smt003

Always drool at your work mate lol
In comparison, how do you find riding the M over a J?

I rode a couple of L's but none seem to feel as nice as my H even though it's a touch heavier!
