Hello guys, anyone give me some advice on what size jet's they think work best with the following set-up

zxr 400 l3 (UK bike) - K&N Air filter
Dynojjet Stage one (96 jets in it now, needles on second notch plus two washers)
No-Name aftermarket Can with baffle out

I followed the dynojet instructions ie: after-market can and K&N filter needs

At the moment it is running very rich, plugs are black. I've fixed the air mixture screws using a colourtune and it helped but not sure if the bike is running at it's best. Just havn't got the money for a dyno run

Any thoughts?

I would put the standard needles back in, or the dynojets on the leanest setting at least.
that will no doubt sort it mate. can wont make that much difference, neither will the k/n filter that much.
you could try 98 mains maybee.

oh, and set the idle mix thingy screws back to standard
