SP vs STD cams

Hi, Apart from an adjustable cam wheel is there any difference between SP and STD cams ? [lift, duration etc]

yes,
precisely what im not sure .. but SP cams (and supposedly ZX-4 cams) have both more lift and duration than standard L cams (which arent all the same as each other according to some) .. where H cams fit into the hierachy im not sure
