Ring up allens - http://www.allensperformance.co.uk they will be able to assist you, note fcr's have customiseable needle angles and lengths, so there is not 1 ideal part number for you...you need to test a few or take it to a proper tuners.
UK ZXR400 L3 (1993) - Fully restored and on the roads, my green beast!
JPN ZXR250 A2 (1990) - Revs to 19,200rpm... 'nuff said :smt003

I can tell you whats in mine (well i'd have to check the minor stuff) but thats not going to help unless you're running OEM FCR's with the TPS/solenoid and the standard SP airbox/exhaust.

My bike is stock except for the exhaust and all ive done is drop the needles (91EXR) to 2nd clip and fitted #88/#90 mains (up from #85/#88).. I wouldnt say its *quite* there .. but at least it'll idle, accelerate without lurching and take full throttle without dying now :)

Aftermarket FCR's are completely different, no choke, different needle codes, no tps/solenoid contraption.. and jetting is going to vary depending on your airbox/lack of from, well, #88 to #130

Zimm just wondering how many turns you have adjusted your pilot screws to?
