current issue being it runs in neutral fine revs out and smooth stick it in gear apply throttle bike cuts out almost straight away sounds like fuel starvation I've had the carbs stripped and cleaned (ultrasonic) was dynod before christmas trying to rid a flat spot at around 8000rpm to little avail 2023 had a 69bhp 2024 64bhp lost a few horses whilst in situ, anyway I've had the carbs out & in, out & in.
current set up is,
float height- 11mm
main jet - 100
air corrector - blocked off (running ram air)
pilot adj-3 turns out (this was all set at dyno)
issue happens air box on air box off,
I'm using gulf pro fuel so little to no etanol to my understanding
have recently had to replace the o rings between the carb cascade joints as they were leaking after the carb cleaning i have a new battery, I've tested the fuel pump it works but a little under the pressures stated in the manual the relay doesn't cut out under pressure load so have tested this in accordance with manual and have oL between 2&3 2&4 with 5kohm resistance between 3&4 again not in accordance with manual but has a race loom so not sure the effect would be on this, but i have ordered one to isolate the potential, so if anyone can point me in the right direction or have a possible idea why it doesn't like it under load but fine in neutral please help, im loosing the will with the poxy thing,
