thckness doesnt matter really, any material will do. id make some out od sheet steel.

Is that a picture of the washer drawn round? If so then I can print it off and build them to scale if you know what I mean.

Lol. If I get some made does anyone want a free set of 4 to tell me if they work as I don't have a ZXR (yet) to try them on.

surely all you need to do is draw around your carb rubbers and drill a 15.4mm (i always understood they were 16mm) hole in the centre??

yeh, I was just playing round with a new graphics app, and this seemed as good a use as any.
