What would you pay?

My mate is wanting to get a zxr400, he said he knows someone selling one.

Apparantly its a L9 1999,
Done 15,000 miles
MOT and TAX run out in July
Recently had new chain and sprocket and set of tyres fitted less than 200 miles ago.
Good condition with no dents, scrathes or anythin like that.

I'm not sure what price the guy's asking for, but what would you guys say is a reasonable price and what would you offer for the bike?

At least 1600 quid for that. More if its pretty mint.

Mine was a 2001 13000 miles in mint condish (apart from the odd hairline crack) and i paid 1800 for it. That was a good price!

i would have said scotts hit the nail, 1800 no tax or mot, maybe a bit less, get it mot'd and i'd expect to pay £2200 mark.
