My ZXR
my kawasaki zxr wonder if any won kan help when i put in neutral the light some times comes up and some times dont is there any sort of sensor on the gear box.cheers

The sensor is by the front sprocket cover.. take it off, check all connections are well connected and clean. Then make sure that when you put the cover back on the none of the leads (especially the small metal plate on the neutral sensor wire thing) get caught in the cover, as they will short circuit....this happened to mine and the neutral light was permanantly on.

The neutral light switch is a brass fitting found behind the front sprocket cover...................
On a road bike it is very likely to be covered and hidden by road crud and chain lub

ACTULLY I GREESED THE CHAIN THE OTHER DAY CHUCKED A LOAD ON IT I WAS WORKING BEFORE I GREASED IT DO YOU HAVE TO TAKE THE FRONT SPROCKET OFF TO DO IT OR JUST THAT BLACK COVER CHEERSSS HAPPY NEW YEAR
