Just the local bike shop and they order them in.
Not needed one for a while but I am sure they are still available.
Failing that , probably take one you have already and give it to a machine shop with new measurements to make one for you.

yeah was thinking of getting some different size tubes and cutting to length tbh.

I would make sure they are solid pieces of metal and not just tubes.
A mate of mine borrowed my stand and used an adapter that he bought for his bike, when he lifted the front end the adapter couldn't have been in properly and it bent!!
If you are using bits of tube I don't think it would be strong enough

should be ok if the i'd is the same as my o'd on the stand or rather fits over the o'd.

Yea I know what you mean, when I originally bought mine some of the parts were just sleeves.
The only problem is if you have to go smaller.
