Looks like a Honda to me maybe a CBR400 ????

I did ask him a question and he admits it's not a ZXR400 frame it just a picture he uses to sell frames no matter what it is..............He says

Avoid IMHO

This seller (monkeysindrag) sold me a chain and sprocket for my vfr750 that had obviously been lying around for years and treated to a quick grease before selling (described as good cond). It snapped very dramatically. I never should have fitted it but I was well desperate at the time!

Did give a refund though. Fair 'nuff. Wouldnt say avoid but obviously a seller 1st and biker second (if at all).
