Help needed - ZX7R parts

Hi guys. This isn't exactly a parts wanted thread, more of a call for help.

My friend has not long bought himself a 2000 ZX7R. When he got it, he was told that one of the stanchions had some corrosion and would need rechroming.

Coming to do this, apparently the stanchions on the 7R cannot be rechromed, so he's hunting down new parts instead.

Looking at brand new from Cradley, even after my discount, it comes to about £570 for two stanchions.

He's currently looking at a set in America, posted for circa £380.

Does anyone know of anybody who might have some 7R forks, or a 7R that they're breaking for parts, before he goes and imports a pair?
