3v not running, no not yet still waiting hopefully 2day

have now gone and brought another wiring loom from breakers goin to try that when get free time hopefully it will start then

did u get a new starter solenoid?r u sure its something wrong with the loom......

yeah it turned up today but got impatient, some pins were really badly corroded anyway so took the easy option to replace rather than repair

got my new loom yesterday fitted it today but had same trouble, the loom came with just the white bit for the ignition barrel so tried that bit turn it 2clicks get no lights but starts, turn it again with lights but get no start button, plug my switch with keys in get lights but doesnt start so back to back to square one. the white bit has 5 wires and no brown wire loose mine has 6 with a brown wire loose that plugs into the loom puzzled !!!

sorted the constant sparking the cdi was knackered that i got with the loom, it now s so going to clean the carbs, still cant get anything with the ignition barrel with the key only the white bit i got with the loom any body got ideas????

i would stick with the original loom and some easy start!

ive had another look at the ignition switch wiring when had the chance, looks like my ignition switch is from an l model as it has a grey wire and the old one had a yellow wire in the same place. can i get it to work or just buy a new one, got 4 days off so got the time lol
