Well fuel injection is definately preferable to carbs in my book ..

But as for the rest of it, yeah it can go to far.

So can the fecking emissions regulations ..

I also think most modern Jap bikes are HIDEOUSLY styled.

new R6 is horrid whats the with strange triangle thing stuck of the top of the fairing, not to mention the 8feet long numberplate hanger :S

minimalism at it's best, i think yamaha are determined to make the R6 look like a pushbike by the end of the decade.

There are a few ZXR250's racing at club level still! :smt002

Go see them!

I think you may have been getting them confused with the KR1S, which was the 2-stroke 250cc. I think it still holds the official record for fastest production 250 at 141mph standard, or something daft!

There's a pair of them which go to The Waterman meet on a Wednesday night near Warwick.

yeah but the KR1S you have to change pistons more offten than you do gearbox oil!

although i was reading that they made a new piston towards the end of the perido they were makeing them that got rid of most of the problems

awsome bikes just not as prity as the likes of the RGV,RS,TZR,NSR :(
