you shouldnt have much further to go now the paint work is done? Just put the lot together now?

silly things like polishing the hangers, rewiring the bike, sorting out switchgear and lights. yeah hopefully not too much to do now.

Where do you get wire from to re-wire stuff?

I buy an old loom for beer money and disect it.

i brought a new loom for somthing silly like £5-10 odd off ebay, farrr to much hard work making my own!

I had to buy a clutch holder tool as well. £22.

The replacement flywheel will probably be another £25.

4 x CR9EK plugs £20

1 x Rear Hugger (ebay) £12

Total £109

Paint will be £24.

Its more or less on budget.

going back to my build thread ehem i stripped (partly) the carbs over the weekend and cleaned them up and did a bit of the old paint job to spruce em up, i'm not brave enough to mess with jets yet.
