Lets have a look at the facts...
You bought the bike
You spent money on the bike
You expect running bike prices for a non-running bike
You turn down offers for what it is worth.
GLWS.

a mint condition 1991 zxr400 is gonna run you to about ~£1500 sale value, so factoring in what needs doing for the plastics (£50 side + £100 front + £200 3-colour paint job), and that yours would need the wheels doing (£100) brings you to £1000 before you've even tackled why it wont run, say a few hundred quid for sundry pieces and unexpected problems, i dont think £300-500 is a bad asking price.
and ive even pm'd you ofering you advice, now i know your selling it after (basically) giving up, my offer of help no longer stands.

That is not our intention.
We are just pointing out that you expect running bike money for a non-running bike.
