Hi guys,I,m on the verge of buying a L9 model in the stunning Kawasaki green which I love and was wondering what your views are on this era of ZXR?I did own a 92 model and thought it was superb but will I notice much of a difference? :smt001

Depends on the condition of both of them....

One would assume the rear shock would function better on the L9 with it being younger, but it depends on mileage and maintenance overall.

Totally unbiased view, L9 by far the best model :smt002 especially in lime.

Ditto what CaNsA said, and as for the rear shock, I'll sell you mine, it's truly bollox.

L9 supposedly has upgraded electrics / wiring, which will prove very useful in the coming years.

It still has the ability to make you look like a total knob, so no change there then :pmsl One must concentrate on those revs, they are capable of all sorts of surprises.
