Electrical gremlins

Post by JBFZXR400L5 » Sat May 12, 2018 8:00 am

:smt011 please help! Bike is currently in the garage, I wasn’t getting anywhere. I’ve got some electrical gremlins that I don’t know what to do about.

Alternator and flywall have been replaced, I’ve had a few problems with the battery charging system. However, now they’ve found when my full beam is on my battery is charging too quickly, and when it isn’t it isn’t charging at all. One of my bulbs has also blown very recently And that’s got something to do with it as well, forgot what they said about it. Apart from that it’s running sweet as a nut.

If you know anyything about this or sounds like you might please chuck it in the comments because I have no idea.

Cheers,
James

Sounds like a regulator problem. Check the reg/Rec using the test in the manual
