just wandering where i can get a ZXR 400 L Alternator from??? would the 750 fit??.. cheers

Do you need the rotor or the windings...............or both ?

i need both really. my alternator has packed up on my ZXR was riding home at night and i had to ride fast as the lights were dimming FAST! my brother and my next door ZXR loving neighbour said it was the alternator. just PM me a price

I'd be surprised if you alternator is faulty I'd look to the regulator/rectifier or the alternator wiring connections as they can get hot and melt/burn

ahh right. i got a new reg/rec but a new loom it could have been the loom. ill let you know once the bikes working again cheers
