Ok, so 99.9999% of them were Blue with Gold wheel'd 02-05 WRXs, but it was still an impressive sight, all of them on one airstrip.

Spent most of today taking hundreds of photographs of the Colin McRae Gathering in Warwick today.
Anyone else go or spectate?

How could you not? If you weren't far, you surely felt the vibrations in the earth from fourteen hundred three inch bore straight through systems warbling and burbling away together...

Aha. Fair enough.
Tell you what though. Was a hell of an experience, hearing pretty much all of them fire up like a mexican wave...

I was supposed to be going to this Vard, but didn't because I was due to collect my ZXR - but had to walk away from that deal in the end - so double gutted; no ZXR or Subaru gathering!

Just sold my classic 2-door...and yes it was Sonic blue with Gold wheels...

But still have no ZXR...

Regards,

Mark.

Bummer. If I'd had £25K, I'd have driven away from it in a 22B. Prodrive are selling three of them, and because they're prodrive cars, you can be guaranteed that they will be better than tip top condition, and better than sound, mechanically.

Of course, I don't have £25K.

it was impressive enough from the motorway - came to filter onto the m40, and ha to find a gap between 100's of scoobies - the left hand lane was completly pacled with them waiting to come off at the next junction

Fair enough. So long as it wasn't the red diesel 306 that was stickered up almost like a 1999 Makkinen Rep...
Looked smart coming up, but then as it came past, we realised it was going 'chuggachuggachuggachuggachugga'.
Disappointing.
Also, rather daft.
