Thanks Jake.............not racing this weekend but am on the IOM with a newcomer showing him how it's done.

standard gearbox 15/45 or maybe 15/44
With a SP gear box generally it's one tooth more on the front for everywhere compared to standard so 16/45 or 16/44

Ian your name looks familiar you've done the Manx before ?

thanks for the replys, yes cargo i have done 11 manx grand prix,i have been mainly doing classics, last year i finished 5th on my 1967 kawasaki A1-R i am hoping to get in the top 3 this year but you never know with the manx,i have also been racing 250 hondas and tzs,but have now changed to a 400,and it a great bike to ride,i bought it from rob shearman in hampshire,2 of them in fact, its putting out 76bhp on the dyno,i did 99mph on the 250 honda last year and was very overweight,so its been a big diet and getting fit for this year and so far i have lost 2 and a half stone, hopefully i will do the 100mph lap,if your near peel give me a call,07624472296.
