As far as I can see, the plastic tap (and corresponding metal indicator it's connected to) are set to off.
The bike has been idling for almost 10 minutes and not even a splutter- why won't the engine die?
Does this all look correct?

Hmm, it shouldn't be. I actually ran it dry when I rebuilt the carbs on it in 2012, but don't remember it taking more than a few minutes to cut out.cargo wrote:Fuel tap is in off position

Although to be honest it wasn't running very healthily back then.
I was actually wondering if i'd put it back wrongly!
Maybe it just needs a few minutes then...
