ZZR400K2 grey wire ,does it have the resistor

any one got any idea ,ive nowhere else to turn to ,also relay in juction box is clicking when start button is pressed ,its not a dead battery ,as battery is new and within spec,

hope you folks can help,

You would only need a resistor on that wire if you had deleted the ignition switch.

As for the relay, make sure that your battery is fully charged. If it still fails you need to check that you are getting the full 12.6V down the trigger wires to the relay... If that's OK then the relay is dead, or you have an issue with one of your main battery/starter wires
