need help it seams i have a bad grating noise and is coming from the front sprocket, the chain and sprocket set are newish and looked after, at first i thought it was my worn front sprocket, after a new chain set it is slowly getting worse, i think it is the sprocket carrier bearinng, i have a new bearing in my hand.
is this an easyish job to replace?? what sort of bearing puller will i need??
any advice on this before a start to mess around would be great, apart from a bit of cleaning i have never been this deep

Re: sprocket carrier bearing
Yeah its fairly simple, just get te sprocket out with the carrier, drift the old bearing out and knock in the new one
