So I've got my new brakes ready to go on the bike when I find the time to fit them. I just want to know which side of the fork leg to put the top hat washers/spacers that I have to use to space the caliper properly. Outside of the leg or the side next to the brake disc?
Cheers

Re: Quick gsxr brake question
Think im right in saying they slot in to the caliper on the bolt head side. Putting them any other way would offset the caliper from the fork leg?

I thought that having the washers were there to offset the caliper? Maybe I'll figure it out when I go to put the brakes on

Re: Quick gsxr brake question
The calipers need to be offset. Slide into the fork leg from the inside (wheel side) the "flat washer" top bit of the alloy top hat acts as a spacer between the caliper and the fork leg.
