front brake discs

hi all, ive brought some front brake discs for my bike but i think they are for a h model and mine is an l9 can anyone tell me if this is going to work or if i am going to have any problems? cheers

i would 'nt use them myself mate.
they are to small, and you wont get full contact on the pads. might be ok for a few miles, but its yr lifeline the brakes init?

can you not get yr money back or swap them for the 310mm ones? are they gold inners? or just measure them. 300mm for the H,310mm for your L

according to the fiches they are the same part number...

nah, deffo different. i have a few sets of each, exactly the same pitch, but different diameters. different length forks on the h and l.

i cant see a way of using the h discs on the l.
on my H forks, i use h discs with the standard calipers, and L discs with the gsxr calipers.

if there any good, ie straight and no lipping at all on yr H discs, ill swap you some good L ones if you get stuck.

from memory i think there is 10mm difference in diameter.
