Hi guys, I've been out of the country for a couple of months now so fisrt thing i do when i got back a few days ago is to fire up my bike... Everything was fine apart from what i think is the front brake light switch. The front brake works fine but the brake light doesn't come on when you pull the lever.
Could this be a faulty switch, or a fuse? Any ideas or how to sort it would be welcome. I don't enough about the electrics on this bike to come up with my own solution.
Thanks :smt001

Yeh. I tried the back brake and the light works fine. Which is why i'm thinking it could be the switch.

more than likely then.been a while since i looked at a zxr400brake switch but if it has 2 wires connected to the switch take them off and bridge them to see if the light comes on then you'll know its the switch.

yeh check the switch is connected, mine had a habbit of coming loose and then the light not working, you can check it without any tools by burning thebars to full right hand lock and look at the back of the master cylinder.
