Cutting out issue with zxr400

Hi, I have an issue with my zxr400 and hope you lot might be able to help! Originally I flooded my engine and it cut out! However since then my bike seems to cut out and then won't start again as if the battery is drained so needed bumping! I thought the batterie had gone so replaced that and it started on the button then the problem reoccurred further down the road! It seems to be an electrical fault does anyone have any suggestions to what it might be? Random cutting out and not restarting! As if the battery is flat!

Have you checked that the battery is charging? And is the battery flat? Do the lights etc work or are they any dimmer when it cuts out?

Hi, I have exactly the same issue, which has been on going for a few months. Charging system output appears to be fine.am suspecting dodgy battery/ regulator. Will post again if I get to the root of the problem. You had any luck?
