heat wrapping an exhaust

on another forum (a car site). alot of people wrap the exhaust manifold to keep the heat in, more power ect ect. just wondered if anyone on here has done it?
anything is possible with enough time and money. and an open mind...

The zxr lump gets rather toasty........ I spend most my time trying to cool it down :D

Not funny when your booked infor an mot 20 mins later and it wont start. Grrr.

Depends if you are the one who is watching some chump trying to bump start his bike because his MOT is in 20mins.....

An old woman said 'wont it start?' na, i enjoy standing in the rain in full leathers trying to push a bike uphill to my house. Ii should of asked if she had a mobility scooter i could borrow.
