Hi Guys,
i read on the internet that you can buy a Micron detla road-legal replacement pipework for the ZXR 400 in England. Can anyone of you define road-legal for me? I know it sounds strange, but i wanna know if I can also use it in Germany. Has it a E-Number or anything similar? I don't wanna get into trouble if I am running the system. I tried to find out but no-one I know has this system in Germany, but I know some of you guys run one on your bikes. So please tell me, cause I don't wanna spend so much money if I cannot use it legally in Germany.
Cheers
Hendrik

Re: Micron Delta Replacement System
i think the standard over here for road legalness is "BSAU" or something like that, however, i have a micron system with micron race can and its not very loud at all, i doubt it will ever attract attention from the police

Does anyone know if there is a E-nubmer on the Micron road legal exhaust? Or is there nothing like that stamped in the exhaust?

Re: Micron Delta Replacement System
not sure bout the stamping but road legal here in the uk is now "anything louder than factory std oem equipment" is NOT legal.
Don't forget people there is more to the zxr400 than this forum... check out www.zxrworld.co.uk also.

the system on my 750 sets car alarm off and makes grown men cry, never had a problem with the police or getting it MOT'd.
