New copper gaskets fitted but one header is about 1/4" further in than others. Short of bending the header, any decent gaskets that will take up this difference.
Can't stop one of the others blowing.
The clamp flange is also quite dished - is this correct or should I straighten them?

Shouldnt be like that - is there something stopping the header pipe from locating properly? Pipes sshould seal without any problem - particularly with new copper gaskets.
