Re: Welcome to the new forum
you have the option to change the theme to subsilver which reverts back to the old style with the users avatar & details on the left hand side as Gubbs has done, in user control panel and board preferences.
Don't forget people there is more to the zxr400 than this forum... check out www.zxrworld.co.uk also.

Re: Welcome to the new forum
Ive been using the prosilver all day today and now just gone to the subsilver, to see how i go. I must admit already i like the subsilver but thats probably because its looks more familiar. I agree with things being easier to look at too. Still buttons in different places etc... But we definately have to move forward with the forum for security

liking the fact it tells you if someone makes another post in a thread while you are responding.
and yeah, went straight back to subsilver. simple and effective.

Re: Welcome to the new forum
yeah, if you are composing a message and someone posts something else in that thread while you are doing it, it shows you their message and asks you if you want to revise your message in light of what they posted.
maybe it's just cos I take ages to write (trying to do it subtly at work )

All good apart from having the user details/avatar on the right.
That just looks and feels a bit weird...

Re: Welcome to the new forum
well I like it to be honest, its different from the other forums now. Its softer and more pleasing to the eye, with the light blue and etc... gotta love the blue.. it kicks ass.. on top of the page Id rather have a zxr400 instead of the phpBB logo tho.. ah well
Thanks!
