My BEET rearsteps arrived this afternoon so i thought i might as well try one of my Brembo rear master cylinders - It fits!!
So, that also means it will fit the standard set-up too.
You can source these of an R1 and I think an XJR1300 but they are in matt Black.
I have a Bronze one on my ZRX and this Gold one will be going on the ZXR along with a 2pot rear Brembo
It is still a 12.5mm unit but does make a difference over the stock units and is a popular fit on ZRX11/1200's here with a few globally

Looks really nice!!!
Wonder if rear mastercylinders from pretty much any bike are interchangable??
Black brembos retails at £25 new here. I think i saw them listed at 11mm and 13mm.

As long as the bolt spacing is the same then yes. 13mm will be the 1/2 inch one (actual 12.7mm) You also need to make sure the travel rod is also long enough, unless you can fabricate something.will#224 wrote:Looks really nice!!!

£25 is cheap - sure they are genuine! There are plenty fakes about, I would price one out of your Yam' dealer then decide.
That used Gold one cost me £35

You'll also find 2 pot rear calipers for much the same - guess where they are made too!

Those WONT fit at 40mm spacing - they need to be 48mm, those are very typical Ducati/BMW fittment.
I'm selling 108mm Radial callipers way too cheap never mind the Brake/clutch combo !
