I know this has been asked before, but I'm afraid I cannot find the thread anywhere in the searches.
Anyone know if an H engine will fit in an L frame easily?
Thanks,
Martin.

yeah shouldnt be a problem but the question would have to be why! especially as the L has a few more BHP and there are more parts around for them most are interchangable but things like airbox are completly different

Thanks for the response. I have a tuned H model engine for sale, and was wondering if it was going to be any use to L model owners.

YES IS THE ANSWER JUST NEED TO TURN WATER HOSE ROUND THE ONE THAT RUNS TO THE TOP OF THE RAD.
THE H ENGINE IS THE SAME AS THE L BUT BETTER MORE BHP AS THE TEST WE HAVE RUN
ALL THE L PARTS FIT ON THE H MODEL AND YOU CAN BUY JUST AS MANY PARTS FOR THE H FROM BARTON MOTORS
HOPE THIS HELPS
