ZXR400 L Jetting

Hi,

Can anyone give me a guide on what jetting I should use?

Currently my ZXR400 L is supposed to be standard apart from a race end can and has been dyno'd at 62bhp by a reputable tuner.

I am about to put a full stainless Micron system and a K&N filter.

Anyone give me a rough jet and needle size?

anywhere between #100 and #105 keihin jets .. depends on the bike ..

dynojet jets flow more than keihin for a given size so a #102 keihin is a #100 dynojet .. ish

stock needles are fine, although shimming by .5mm can help if the midrange goes a bit weak.

what year is yours ? earlier ones had lumpier cams and like slightly bigger jets.
