Re: MPG?
ZXR from what i remember - I typically averaged around 45mpg.
But just to give you an idea of how riding styles can affect your mpg. If Im riding around on my own, I typically get about 45mpg. If I'm chasing the other half on a fairly enthusiastic ride - I'll get about40mpg.
If I'm on a quick lap at the Nurburgring, I get about 32mpg

Re: MPG?
LOL my fill-up point on mine was 80-90 miles! I doubt if I ever got over 100 from it...raul wrote:my best economy was 150miles /12litres of fuel =56.8 mpg , as a average i do 10miles every liter of fuel used = 45mpg , and my poorest economy was 100miles /12litres=37.8mpg
Actually that seems to be the same on just about every bike I've had regardless of the tank size! Must be how I ride 'em...

Re: MPG?
At the moment I'm getting about 100 miles to a tenner on the road. So about 40mpg.
What sort of mileage do people get out of a tank before hitting reserve? I'm convinced my fuel tap is backwards - I don't hit reserve, even after putting 120 miles on it in one sitting.

Re: MPG?
according to the calculator i average around 22.7mpg on the z750 during the more entertaining summer months and about 38.2 in the winter. i'm two teeth up on the rear sprocket down one on the front from standard as i like torque and tend to keep the revs in the higher end of 6 to 12k
