i need some advice in how to change my handlebars from clipons to renthal handlebars on my zxr400h1 to compleat its transformation from racer to streetfighter.

A pair of bar clamps fitted onto the top bridge like these:
or have a custom top bridge made with the bar clamps as part of the design.

yeah i thought about attaching risers and bolting them on and welding them but thought that the yoke would break since its not a solid bit its hollow underneeth
but yeah i gess iam gona try it i can always buy another off ebay xD

If you know a welder, you could get them to back fill the underneath of the top yoke and fill the void, then smooth it off afterwards making it more solid and adding depth to fix risers too.
