totally agree with the tools bit. You are also going to need a hammer though.
To be honest i would'nt bother with a torque wrench but its personal preference.

Wouldnt you need a torque wrench for the head bolts?

I've never used one yet. done numerous two strokes heads, and the gsxr head without one. think its abit of a scam to be honest.
