. But, it sounds like you didn't really need it
no worries

but if you feel like it, im sure it would come in handy, there's 15 seconds can come off my laptimes yet, remembering my contact lenses is probably only worth ~5 and im back there in 3 weeks

cheers man

lol
only done 2 trackdays (mallory and pembrey), and there's some godawful ones of me in the practice session wondering where the track goes
those panels came up ok mate

, attacked the lumpy bits with the angle grinder then a couple of coats with some "wheel steel" and the satin black as it was all i had in the garage.. then some cunningly placed jap4performance stickers and some colour coded gaffa !
didnt actually finish painting it (amongst other things) till 10pm friday !

I want to do my first track day shortly at donnington park on my 400 - Any tips / advice?

get some manky panels as well as the bobbins, its a whole lot less to worry about, and not just on track, but loading/unloading and farting about in the paddock too. remove anything that doesnt make the bike go/stop, tape up the lights, dont "try" to get your knee down, and enjoy it.
havent been to donnington so cant help with anything more specific.
